Totem Animal Retrieval: (Must already have your Power Animal)
A totem animal is an animal that enters during specific stages in your life. These stages may be a short while or a long period, depending on the life lessons you are experiencing. They are here to provide a message, guidance, strength, and protection to assist you along your divine path. You will have many animal totems in this life-time, all it takes to find which animal is with you at this stage in your life is to allow the Shaman to journey into the animal spirit dimension, with your Power Animal, and find your totem to bring it back for you to receive it’s medicine and messages. As you connect with your Totem Animal you will find you will pass through the experience with more understanding and wisdom.

Description
During a Power Animal or Totem Animal Retrieval Session you will lay comfortably on the healing room couch while Cara begins to drum. Drumming allows you to relax and become still. It is through the beat of the drum that Cara is able to enter the energetic field to meet your Power or Totem Animal. Once she has confirmed your animal’s presence she brings this energy back into this dimension and gently awakens you from your relaxed state . At this time she will relay all the information she had received while journeying to the animal spirit dimension. Once the animal has been presented we go through the animals medicine and how this animal connects with you. The session ends with a smudge, a little energy work to integrate your Spirit Animal and a bit more drumming over your body to end the session.
AVAILABILITIES ARE TUESDAYS & WEDNESDAYS (DAYTIME & EVENING AVAILABILITY)
1 & 2 hour session time slots are 9:00am, 12:00pm, 2:30pm or 7:00pm.
3 hour session time slots are 8:30am, 12:30pm or 6:30pm.
Cara will also offer one Friday per month for sessions Available time slots for these Friday sessions are 9:00am or 11:00am. (Please note it may take longer to get in during a Friday session).
